01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hh98", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the hh98 platform accessible at hh98.ws and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces.
• "Platform" means the hh98 website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and promotional campaigns.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers, or interacts with the hh98 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the hh98 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated digital account balance held on your behalf within the hh98 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount staked by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other eligible market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or similar incentives credited to a User's Account under any active promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which may require submission of government-issued identity documentation.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance, rule, or directive that applies to the operation of the Platform or the conduct of Users.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and hh98. By completing the registration process on the hh98 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

hh98 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the hh98 Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of hh98 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hh98 or any affiliated responsible gaming body;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by hh98 for any breach of these Terms.

hh98 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or address. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and potential Account closure.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the hh98 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances, including Bonus Funds and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying hh98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Ensuring that your Account details, including contact information and payment method details, remain accurate and up to date at all times.

hh98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause. hh98 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hh98 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hh98 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 per transaction;
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 1,000 per transaction;
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution;
• Withdrawal Verification: hh98 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds specified thresholds;
• Currency: All deposits must be made in PKR. Any amount received in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion costs are borne by the User.

hh98 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the hh98 Account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

hh98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hh98 promotions include:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed the full registration and KYC verification process;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• hh98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated software, or collusion — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances;
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

07 Betting Rules

hh98 offers a cricket-first sportsbook covering PSL, ICC World Cup events, Asia Cup, bilateral Test series, T20 Internationals, and One Day Internationals, alongside select markets in other sports. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the hh98 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the hh98 system and a unique Bet ID has been generated. No verbal, written, or electronic instruction to place a bet constitutes a valid wager unless confirmed by the system;
• Odds Changes: hh98 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation;
• Void Bets: hh98 reserves the right to void any bet where it is established that an obvious pricing error occurred, where the event did not take place as scheduled, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns;
• In-Play Betting: During live in-play markets, bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. hh98 is not liable for any delay in the confirmation of in-play bets resulting from network latency or system processing times;
• Maximum Payout: Aggregate maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period. These limits will be communicated within the specific market rules where applicable;
• Settlement: All bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, or equivalent). hh98's decision on settlement matters is final.

08 Casino Games

The hh98 casino offers live dealer games and digital slot titles sourced from internationally certified game providers. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical game equipment streamed in real time. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.

• Casino games are for entertainment purposes and hh98 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit;
• Users must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with casino games;
• hh98 reserves the right to void casino game results where a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure has materially affected the outcome of any game round;
• Progressive jackpots, where offered, are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game provider and are subject to separate terms.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh98 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-Account restriction;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game;
• Employing any form of arbitrage, bonus abuse strategy, or matched betting technique designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hh98 staff or other Users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hh98 Platform, including but not limited to the hh98 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of hh98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hh98 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hh98.

11 Privacy & Data

hh98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hh98 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hh98 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required to do so by law, or where such disclosure is necessary for the provision of services (e.g., sharing payment data with JazzCash or EasyPaisa to process your transaction).

12 Responsible Gaming

hh98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides every registered User with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your Account dashboard at any time, free of charge.

• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the elected period has elapsed;
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh98 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

hh98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of any Platform outage, hh98's liability shall be limited to the return of any stakes placed on wagers that were directly affected by the outage, at hh98's sole discretion.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hh98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hh98 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

Your continued use of the hh98 Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hh98's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact hh98 support at [email protected] and allow hh98 a period of 30 days to resolve the matter informally. hh98 will make reasonable efforts to address all complaints promptly and fairly.
